Tuition Fees & Instalment Plans | Nova Academy

Tuition can be paid in three instalments, one per semester, so you don't pay it all at once. If you need extra support, you can apply for an education loan from banks such as Maybank, CIMB or Public Bank; our admissions team will walk you through the process and documents.

Several Malaysian banks offer education loans. You'll typically need: identification, your offer letter (which we provide), income proof from a parent or guarantor, and a basic credit assessment. Interest rates are usually 4-6%. Our admissions team can help you prepare documents — reach out anytime.

Tuition covers materials, the learning platform, coursework assessment, and internship interviews arranged with our industry partners, plus interview coaching. Additional personal expenses may include accommodation (if you stay in a dorm or rent), living costs, and a personal laptop (recommended but not required — we also provide on-site devices). We walk through all costs clearly before you enrol — no hidden charges.

Contact our finance team the moment you run into difficulty — the earlier the better. We'll review your situation with you. Options may include adjusting the instalment schedule, helping you apply for a bank education loan, or other case-by-case arrangements. Our goal is to help you finish your studies, not cut you off for short-term financial pressure.
