September 2026 Intake: Application Checklist and Timeline for SPM Leavers

Every August it's the same story: SPM results came out months ago, but many students are still "thinking about it". Miss the September intake and the next one is months away.

1. August–September Timeline

• Early August: choose your direction (Software Engineering / Cybersecurity / Creative Multimedia / Technopreneurship)
• Mid August: visit the campus or book an online consultation; confirm fees and instalment plans
• Late August: submit your application and documents
• September: registration, orientation, classes begin

2. Documents You Need

• MyKad copy
• SPM results (if available — Nova Academy diplomas don't require SPM; entry from age 16)
• Passport photo
• Guardian contact details (if under 18)

3. Fees and Instalments

IT diplomas start from RM19,500 (Software Engineering, 15+3 months including internship). Instalment plans are available depending on the programme.

• Diplomas take 12–18 months — starting earlier means interning and earning earlier
• An EQF Level 5 diploma can top up to an EQF Level 6 Bachelor's in 12 months
