January 2027 Intake: Application Checklist and Timeline for SPM Leavers

Every year-end it's the same story: many students are still "thinking about it". Miss the January intake and the next start date is months away.

1. November–January Timeline

• November: choose your direction (Software Engineering / Cybersecurity / Creative Multimedia / Technopreneurship)
• November–December: visit the campus or book an online consultation; confirm fees and instalment plans
• December: submit your application and documents
• January 2027: registration, orientation, classes begin

2. Documents You Need

• MyKad copy
• SPM results (if available — Nova Academy diplomas don't require SPM; entry from age 16)
• Passport photo
• Guardian contact details (if under 18)

3. Fees and Instalments

IT diplomas start from RM19,500 (Software Engineering, 15+3 months including internship), payable in instalments over 3 semesters depending on the programme.

4. Why Not Wait for the Next Intake?

• Diplomas take 18 months (15 months of study + a 3-month internship) — starting earlier means interning and earning earlier
• An EQF Level 5 diploma can top up to an EQF Level 6 bachelor's degree in 12 months
